The Wharf has been making headlines after a huge grand opening weekend, as it brings exciting new vibes to D.C.’s southwest waterfront. Expected to attract over 15 million visitors per year, The Wharf reclaims D.C.’s stature as a prime waterfront destination. Previously inhabited by old parking lots and clubs, this mile-long strip along the Potomac River has now been transformed into a thriving new community and hotspot replete with residences, hotels, shops, piers and a boardwalk – all with sparkling water views. Aegis worked closely with Clark Construction to successfully plan and manage this construction project, which will be a monumental and vitalizing one for our nation’s capital.
